Andrew Tranter head chef at Crockett is prepping for our next experimental installment of all things food & drinks at gin gin.

For the peeps that do not know Andrew:

Andrew has been across the pacific cooking in one star restaurant, Trinity in London to arriving back to his roots as sous chef, at 2 hat restaurant Pescatore. His latest competitive feat was for Pacific’s S.Pellegrino Young Chef Competition top 3.

Now, Andrew heads up newly opened restaurant on the terrace, Crockett.
